Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Area

Currently, we only sell and ship within the European region.
All orders are shipped directly from our European warehouse.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We require 24–48 hours to process and pack orders before shipping.

Therefore, tracking numbers are usually sent 24–48 hours after the order is placed.

Please note: Delivery times may be delayed due to weather, high order volume, or other factors beyond our control. We will update customers as soon as possible.

4. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
All orders are dispatched from our U.S. distribution center.

5. Shipping Exceptions and Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following regions due to logistical limitations, extended delivery times, or customs restrictions

Canary Islands, Balearic Islands (Spain)

Madeira and the Azores (Portugal)

Faroe Islands and Greenland (Denmark)

Åland Islands (Finland)

Malta and Cyprus

Monaco, San Marino, and Vatican City

Non-EU European countries such as Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, and Liechtenstein

Orders to remote islands or special territories within Europe may require additional shipping fees or extended transit times.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it if the order has not yet been processed or handed over to the shipping carrier.

After this time, orders cannot be canceled. Any changes or cancellations will be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

7. Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, our Customer Care team will contact you to discuss a solution.

We do not accept backorders for out-of-stock products.

8. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package.

If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact us 5 days after placing your order.

9. Missing or Undelivered Orders

If your order has been shipped but not received:

Contact us within 14 days of the order being marked as “Delivered.”

If more than 14 days have passed from the estimated delivery date, please contact us for case-by-case assistance.

10. Product Handling and Storage

Bath & bathing accessories (fragile items, wax melts, bath bombs, bath oils, etc.) should be handled carefully upon receipt.

Products may melt or be damaged due to heat (e.g., wax melts, bath bombs in summer).

After receiving, store meltable products in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration can help return certain products to their original shape.

11. Additional Notes

Delivery times may vary due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Customers should double-check shipping addresses to prevent lost packages.

For high-value or fragile items, we recommend signing for your delivery.
