Return And Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sedumbliss. We are a brand specializing in bath and bathing accessories, including items such as foaming bath sponges, bath soak foams, shower caps, and various other bathing accessories.

Sedumbliss is committed to providing customers with safe, high-quality products, along with dedicated and attentive customer service.

2. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all orders placed through Sedumbliss’s official store on the Shopify platform, with shipping services available within Europe only.

3. Payment Methods

Customers may choose from the following payment methods at checkout:

- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)

- PayPal

- Other locally supported payment methods provided by Shopify

All transactions are securely processed in compliance with international PCI DSS data security standards.

4. Shipping Policy

- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method.

- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

- Order Tracking: Customers will receive an order confirmation email along with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been processed or handed over to the shipping carrier.

After this period, orders cannot be canceled and can only be managed according to the Return & Exchange Policy.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

6.1. Return & Exchange Period

- Bathing Accessories: Eligible for exchange or return within 30 days from the date of receipt.

- Bath Products: Eligible for exchange or return within 21 days from the date of receipt.

- Promotional Items: Eligible for exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receipt.

6.2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

- Unused, unopened, and in its original condition as received.

- All tags, labels, accessories, and original packaging intact.

- Not damaged, deformed, or showing signs of use.

- Defective due to manufacturing, leaking, or deformed even if unopened.

- Damaged, broken, or leaking during shipping.

- Return requests must be submitted within the timeframes specified in 6.1.

6.3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

- Products that have been used, opened, or unsealed.

- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer (e.g., damp areas, direct sunlight, water exposure).

- Complimentary gifts or items marked as “Final Sale”.

6.4. Product Description, Images & Important Notes

Please read product descriptions carefully before ordering. All relevant information, including title, images, dimensions, color, ingredients, usage instructions, and special notes, must be reviewed prior to purchase.

Images may be for illustration purposes only and do not guarantee inclusion of all items pictured. For example, a body care tray image may include bath salts, but only the products listed in the title and description are provided.

Minor differences in color, pattern, size, or production batch due to lighting, display devices, or manufacturing variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds for products not matching the description are only accepted if the product fails to meet the basic information stated in the description.

6.5. Conditions & Timeframe for Refund/Compensation Requests

Refund/exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order in the following cases:

- Missing items in the order.

- Incorrect items shipped.

- Products that you believe do not correspond to the description provided.

- Manufacturing defects, leaks, or deformations even if unopened.

- Damages occurring during shipping.

Requests should be sent to [info@sedumbliss.com] with photos or videos of the unboxing. Requests submitted after this period cannot be guaranteed for support, exchange, or refund.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. 100% Refund

Customers are entitled to a full refund (including shipping fees) if the error is determined to be caused by Sedumbliss, including:

- Manufacturing defects, leaks, or deformations even if unopened.

- Damages caused by packing or shipping errors from Sedumbliss.

Sedumbliss will cover all return shipping costs.

- If items are missing from the order, a refund will be issued for the missing items after verification. For shipping and handling reasons, replacement items will not be sent.

- If incorrect items were shipped, customers must return the wrong item (return shipping covered by Sedumbliss). After verification, a full refund will be issued for the originally ordered product. Replacement items will not be sent.

7.2. 90% Refund

For personal reasons (e.g., dislike of scent, color, or no longer needed), customers will receive 90% of the product value (shipping fees excluded).
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

7.3. Non-Delivery Cases

If the order has been shipped but not received, please contact us within 14 days from the marked delivery date.
We will investigate with the shipping carrier to determine the cause:

1.Error by Sedumbliss or Carrier:

- Examples: wrong shipping address, lost or damaged package, or delivery failure due to system errors.

- If confirmed, Sedumbliss will refund the full order value (including shipping fees). Evidence may be provided for customer reassurance.

2.Error by Customer:

- Examples: incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or failure to accept delivery.

- Sedumbliss is not responsible for refunds or reshipment.

- If the package is returned, customers may request reshipment with payment of additional shipping fees.

7.4. Returned Orders / Customer Refusal

If an order is returned due to:

- Customer refusing delivery

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

- Change of mind after shipment

Sedumbliss will refund 70% of the product value (remaining 30% covers handling, packing, and order management costs). Customers are responsible for all round-trip shipping fees.

Refunds are processed after the returned products are received in original, unused condition.

7.5. Timing for Refund Requests

Refund requests are accepted only after the order is delivered to verify product condition.
Requests sent before delivery confirmation will be queued and processed once the order is delivered.

If the order shows as “Delivered” but has not been received, contact us within 3 days for investigation.
If items remain undelivered 45 days after ordering, customers may open a case. If verified lost, full refund will be issued.

7.6. Refund Processing Time

After receiving and inspecting returned products, refunds will be processed within 7–

10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Note: Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers. Sedumbliss is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

8. Return & Exchange Procedure

Step 1 – Submit a Return Request

Contact us via [info@sedumbliss.com] to request a return or exchange.
Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos/videos of the product.

Step 2 – Verification and Respons

Sedumbliss will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.
If approved, instructions for the next steps will be provided. Some cases may not require return shipping.

Step 3 – Shipping the Return (if required)

After approval, Sedumbliss will send a Return Label via email.

- Print the label (or write clearly if unavailable)

- Attach it to the package

- Ensure the product is securely packaged and in original condition

- Drop off at the nearest post office or courier

Note: Label is valid only for the specific return request and order.

Step 4 – Inspection and Refund

Returned products are inspected within 3–5 business days.
Outcome (exchange, refund, or rejection) will be emailed. Refunds are credited within 7–10 business days.

Step 5 – Completion

You will receive email confirmation when the return/refund process is complete.

All bath and body care products from Sedumbliss are intended for external use only.
Sedumbliss is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin irritation resulting from individual sensitivities, health conditions, or misuse.

Please review ingredients carefully. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
